The Pittenweem Collection was inspired by a magical visit to Pitenweem, a small coastal village in Scotland. I have tried to capture a little of the rustic charm of the homes surrounding the harbor.
Each of my houses is one-of-a-kind, just like the people that enjoy them. And that means that, just like all of us, these little houses all have small imperfections that add to their charm. I hope they invoke a feeling of the coziness of home.
These tiny homes are made simply to foster joy and delight in simple things. It was receiving a little house something like this, as a gift myself, that made me want to create my own and share them with the world. I hope you enjoy them at least as much as I have enjoyed making them.
Each house is approximately 2 inches high and comes with a wee natural beeswax candle.
